To the family,
Many years ago Hazel and I attended LPN School together. During that time. I was young and going through a very hard time. Hazel befrended me and treated me like a daughter. It really helped me get through the rest of the year. We kept in contact for a short time after but as time go on so do lives and we lost contact. I thought about her so many time but to my regret
I never found the time to contact her again. I wanted you all to know what a wonderful kind generous person she was and I will never forget her. Please except my sincere condolences.
