Hazel Whitehouse, 82, of North Rd., Ashford, CT, beloved wife of the late Stanley A. Whitehouse, passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Hartford Hospital, Hartford, CT. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late Jos Read Obituary
I would like to extend my heart felt condolences to the family of Hazel Whitehouse, especially to Peggy and Joe. The Campert family has been friends of the Supina family for many, many years. Hazel was a very good friend to my Uncle Leo Supina. He spoke quite fondly of the dinners he attended in Hazel's home in Ashford.
Leo was particularly fond of Peggy. Joe and Leo and the other Supina boys were friends as young adults and remained friends in their later years.

Many years ago Hazel and I attended LPN School together. During that time. I was young and going through a very hard time. Hazel befrended me and treated me like a daughter. It really helped me get through the classes. After graduation, We kept in contat for a short time but as lives go on we lose contact. I want you all to know that I thought hazel was the greatest then, and I'm sure she continued on for the rest of her life as the wonderful caring human being I knew then. She will be missed by many I'm sure and I am sorry that I never contiued the relationship long after. My sincere condolences
