Heidi T. Dyjak, 56, of Vernon, CT, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Gloria (Korapatkin) Dyjak. Heidi is survived by her three siblings, Gary Dyjak, Drinda D'Agata and Jason Dupuis. There are no funeral services.
