Herman Perlot's Obituary
Herman J. Perlot, 97, of Stafford Springs, CT, husband of the late Lorraine W. (Clarke) Perlot, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Johnson Memorial Hospital. He was born in Montreal, Canada, son of the late Archie and Constantina (Zuek) Perlot. Herman was the owner of Sun Life Food Products in Springfield, MA for 30 years, and former owner of the Hydevilla in Stafford. He was a member of St. Edward Parish, member and former Grand Knight of Rev. Felix J. O'Neil Council #1395 Knights of Columbus, honorary life member of the Italian Benefit Society, member of the Stafford Senior Center, Stafford Sewer Commission, and the Court of Burgess, and was a Warden, Fire Commissioner, and Highway Commissioner for the Town of Stafford. Herman is survived by his son, Robert Perlot; two grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Richard Perlot. His funeral will be held on Friday, July 13, 2012, with a procession forming by 9 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Thursday from 5-7 P.M. at the funeral home.
