Homer M. Webb, Sr., 78, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital. He was born in Decota, WV, son of the late Edward and Rosetta (Bolin) Webb. Homer is survived by his wife, Shelly (Horn Read Obituary

Thanks for the great childhood you gave us. I will never forget the time you brought home a mini bike for us! We can't forget the balloons from Home Pride that we tied on the spokes of our bikes to make that motorcycle sound until they popped. We thought that was cool! You loved all living things, and wouldn't even kill a fly. We will miss you dad, and you will never be forgotten. Shelly, if you ever need anything, please call Jon or I.
