Howard R. Bliss' Obituary
Howard Roger Bliss, 89, passed peacefully on October 22, 2021 at the home he built with his own hands surrounded by his loving family. Howard leaves behind his loving wife of 67 years, Eleanor. He was predeceased by his daughter, Donna, and his brothers and sisters. He leaves behind his sons, William and his partner Cindy, Walter and his partner Greg, his granddaughter, Courtney and her husband David, and his grandson, Cody, as well as many nieces and nephews. Howard retired from Orlando Annulli and Sons at age 65, where he worked for many years. After retirement he worked for the Town Of Union. Howard loved his western movies, and his country music. For many years he would bring his family to the Fryeburg Fair in Maine, where the majority of the time would be spent listening to “The Fryeburg Fair Boys”. Howard was a dedicated, hard-working, loving family man that lived each day to the fullest. The family will hold a private burial at Union Center Cemetery.
