Irene Klei's Obituary
Irene E. Klei, 72, of Turnpike Rd., Willington, CT, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2009 at UConn Medical Center, Farmington, CT. She was born in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Howard and Alma (Kurdt) Rogers. Irene was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in East Longmeadow, MA, Climax Chapter #98 Order of the Eastern Star Merrow, CT, and Tillikum Chapter #99 Order of the Eastern Star Ashland, ME. She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Herbert E. Klei of Willington, CT; five children, Herbert E. Klei and his wife Kathryn of New Jersey, Howard W. Klei and his wife Kathleen of New Jersey, Hugh T. Klei of Willington, CT, Harold J. Klei and his wife Sheryl of Uxbridge, MA, and Kimberly A. Ireland and her husband Ronald of Willington, CT; nine grandchildren; and a sister, Ruth Willey and her husband Charles of Vermont. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 10 A.M. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Elm St., East Longmeadow, MA. Burial will follow in Willington Hill Cemetery, Willington, CT. Calling hours are on Tuesday from 5-8 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
