Isabella H. Drobney's Obituary
Isabella H. (Hammond) Drobney, 93, of Willington, CT passed away on Friday, September 16, 202 in the comfort of her home. She was born in Bells Hills, Scotland, United Kingdom, daughter of the late Robert and Agnes (McWilliams) Hammond. She retired from the University of Connecticut, and was a member of the Willington Baptist Church and the Willington Senior Center. Isabella is survived by her four children, Dorothy “Debby” Brown and her husband Michael, Martin J. Drobney, Mark Drobney and his wife Dorothy “Dot”, and Michael Drobney; five grandchildren, Christopher Brown, Colin Brown and his wife Carolyn, Andrew Brown, Kate Drobney, and Mark Drobney; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Martin W. Drobney on June 17, 2015. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 11 A.M. at Willington Hill Cemetery, Tolland Turnpike, Willington, CT.
