Isabelle Carta's Obituary
Isabelle Carta, 86, of Ellington, CT, formerly of Meriden, CT and Waterville, ME, was called home on Monday, September 7, 2015. She was born in Middletown, CT, daughter of the late Giuseppe and Anna (Topazio) Carta. Isabelle is survived by her three daughters, Cora Sciarra and her husband Joe, Jan Hoag Lightfoot, and Cindy Herbert; and two grandsons, Joey Sciarra and Jason DeSanzo. She will greatly be missed by all her life has touched. A special thanks to Linda Rosario, who has made her last two years at home possible with her constant love and care. Thanks to all the other special caregivers who made Isabelle able to remain at home possible. Without each one of you, who we feel a special connection with, Isabelle would have been stuck alone in a nursing home. We will celebrate her life with a Mass of Christian Burial that will take place for Isabelle on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 12 P.M. at St. Matthew Church, 111 Tolland Green, Tolland, CT.
