Jack F. Posik, 69, of Willington, CT, husband of the late Jarka (Kucerova) Posik, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Windham Hospital, Windham, CT. He was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, and worked as an accountant for the F.D.I.C. Jack is survived by his son, Thomas Posik of Willington, CT; and a sister, Libuska Pejova of Prague, Czechoslovakia. Funeral services and burial will be held privately.
