Jacqueline Brunelle-DeNardis' Obituary
Jacqueline S. Brunelle-DeNardis, 79, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT. She was born in Salem, NH, daughter of the late Emile and Blanche (Boucher) Dube. Jackie had worked as a nurse at Johnson Memorial Hospital and Vernon Manor. She was a member of St. Edward Parish and the Stafford Senior Center, where she was a past president. She also volunteered cooking at the soup kitchen, and greatly enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Jackie is survived by her loving husband, Joseph A. DeNardis; three children, Marie Brunelle King and her husband Michael of Farmington, CT, Robert Brunelle and his wife Andrea of Sebastian, FL, and Lisa Bacchiochi and her husband David of Stafford Springs, CT; four grandchildren, Nicole and Darren Campo, Allen Bacchiochi and his wife Kaylina, and Sarah Bacchiochi; great granddaughter, Evelyn Bacchiochi; brother, Francis Dube and his wife Mitzi; sister, Pauline Shea and her husband Mort; two step sons and their families, David DeNardis and his wife Cynthia, and Steven DeNardis and his wife Donna; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert B. Brunelle; son, Barry Brunelle; and brother, Emile Dube. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 with a procession forming by 10 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Tuesday from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
