James C. Beverage, Sr.'s Obituary
James C. Beverage, Sr., 80, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Johnson Memorial Hospital. Jim was born in North Haven, ME, son of the late Theodore and Florence (Brown) Beverage. He worked as a plumber for the Mansfield State Training School, and served our country in the U.S. Air Force. Jim is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Carol A. (Burtchell) Beverage; two children, Debbie L. Beverage and James C. Beverage, Jr.; two sisters-in-law, Jean and Elizabeth Beverage; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by two brothers, Theodore and John Beverage; and a sister, Barbara McGill and her husband Robert. A church service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11 A.M. at the First United Methodist Church, 8 Church St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Memorial donations may be made to Safe Net Ministries, P.O. Box 93, Stafford Springs, CT 06076.
