James F. Bradley, Jr., 92, of Bradley Dr., Stafford Springs, CT, husband of the late Florence M. (DeFoe) Bradley, died Thursday, July 27, 2006 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in Springfield, MA, son of the late James F., Sr. and Edith (Aldrich) Bradley. James was stationed at Westover Air Force Base during the Berlin Air Lift. He retired as an electrician from Pratt and Whitney Aircraft after 25 years of service, and was also the owner and operator of Bradley Electric, helping many local businesses. He was a member of St. Edward Parish and Honorary Life member and Third Charter member of the West Stafford Fire Department. James is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, James F. Bradley III, and Gerald D. and Linda C. Bradley; two granddaughters, Marie and Jessica Bradley, all of Stafford Springs, CT; a sister, Effie Carlson of TN; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by a sister, Edith Bradley. A funeral will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2006, with a procession forming at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are Friday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
