James A. Cooley, 58, of Ellington, CT, beloved husband of Jessica Fisher, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021. He was born in Springfield, MA to Constance (Cray) Cooley and the late Robert Cooley. Jim was a 1985 graduate of Western Read Obituary
Jim was a one of a kind human being and will be sorely missed. Jim gave me the opportunity to have the greatest job in the Postal Service, to which I am forever in his debt. He was a true leader and friend in every way possible, making work a joy and not a job. My heart breaks for this loss and my prayers go out to his family and friends. Wishing you all God's peace and comfort.

My deepest condolences to both the Cooley and Fisher families. Jim was a great man, always easy to be around and fun to talk to. I will miss him, as will all his family and friends.

I had the distinct pleasure of being able to work along side Jim for several years starting in Connecticut and eventually following him to North Carolina. So sorry for your loss. I remember Jim from high school. He was a really good dude.
I am deeply saddened and heartbroken to hear of Jim's sudden passing.
