James "Rusty" S. Hooper Jr.'s Obituary
James “Rusty” S. Hooper, Jr., 63, of Manchester, CT, formerly of Stafford Springs, CT and Virginia Beach, VA, passed away on June 5, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was born in Bangor, ME, son of the late James S. Hooper, Sr. and Gertrude “Gina” (Bissell) Hooper. Rusty was an avid NASCAR fan and had many NASCAR friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine (Galica) Hooper; two children, Jessica Hooper, and James S. Hooper, III and his wife Vanessa; five grandchildren, Gelina, Makayla, Jazmyn, Ava, and James S. Hooper, IV; six siblings, Jackie, Ginger, Larry, Carol, Eddy, and Shane; step father and step mother, Ed and Carmen Randall; step brother, Bill; step sister, Patty; sister-in-law, Jeanie; and many, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his step brother, Vernon. A calling hour will be held on Friday, July 3, 2020 from 1-2 P.M., with a memorial service to take place at 2 P.M., at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
