We are so sorry to hear that aunt Jane left us that are still here on earth as I planned to call her in the beginning of Dec. and we wanted to see her next summer. I have such good memories of the times we visited uncle Jack, and aunt Jane there on the farm and even before in the white house on the hill were, uncle Jack had his design studio. She was always so sweet and I can't remember a time when she was cross. She was always so calm even with all of us kids running around. My wife, Dorothy and our 3 children enjoyed visiting and riding in the old Ford, fishing and hiking around the farm and Dorothy loved her flowers.
I am sure she is celebrating in heaven with the Lord and uncle Jack, Howard, my mom and dad, Howard, and Marjorie Budd and the rest of her side of the family. A big hug to all my Budd cousins! Glenn Budd
So sorry to learn of Jane's passing. She lived her life well and I am grateful to have known her. She always thought of others and nourished them with good food and good conversation and laughter and learning. When John was in the early stages of Alzheimer's, Jane connected with me in order to show them how to weave. The grandkids got involved, and John was happy to just watch and admire as the weaving projects flowed off the loom. I honor her as a special thread in the tapestry of my life.

I am saddened to hear of Aunt Jane's passing. As a kid, I spent a week each summer, for several years in Connecticut, with Aunt Jane, Uncle Jack, and cousins. These are some of my best memories. My sincere condolences.
