Jason C. Benn's Obituary
Jason C. Benn, 51, formerly of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 24, 2016. He was born in Boston, MA, son of the late Earl and Zelma (Dean) Benn. Jason was employed by the Local #263 as an iron worker. He traveled extensively with his job working on bridges all throughout the United States. Later in life he became part of a twelve step fellowship where he touched many lives. Jason is survived by his niece, Amy Szydlowski and her fiancé Jay Taylor; great nephew and niece, Taylor Jack Trudeau and Tia Jane Trudeau; special friends, Devon Briem and her children Jayda Briem and Draven Gomez, Walter Champagne, Jr. and family, and Daniel J. Flemmings; along with many other friends. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Jane Merrifield; and brother, Jeffrey Benn. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. with a memorial service to take place at 12 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
