Jeanne W. Baxter's Obituary
Jeanne W. (Woods) Baxter, 95, of Stafford Springs, CT passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Evergreen Health Care Center. She was born in Stafford Springs, daughter of the late Benjamin and Grace (Greene) Woods. She worked as a spinner for Warren Woolen Company in Stafford for many years. Jeanne is survived by three children, Linda Redmond and her husband Charles, Bonnie Hand and her husband Jack, and David Baxter; her two sons-in-law, Steve Folino and David Bartlett; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert E. Baxter; three daughters, Judy Bartlett, Donna Huff and Lisa Baxter Folino; and four siblings. Burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6001.
