To Betty and the rest of the Parker family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sadness and loss. We never had the chance to meet Jessie, but after stopping to speak with Betty many times as we walked our dogs along Spusta RD we can only imagine just how kind and caring Jessie was. Again our prayers are with you all. Wendy and Everett Heintz
