John Gagnon's Obituary
John A. Gagnon, 62, of Westford Rd., Stafford Springs, CT, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Evergreen Health Care Center, Stafford Springs, CT, with his daughter Lisa by his side. He was born in Hartford, CT, son of Albenie Gagnon and the late Lucille (Doyon) Gagnon. John was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, and retired from the State of Connecticut as a Judicial Marshall. John is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Priscilla (Chandler) Gagnon of Stafford Springs, CT; two children, Lisa Gagnon and her boyfriend Ernest Anderson of East Hampton, CT, and Jason Gagnon and his wife Tonya of Stafford Springs, CT; two granddaughters, Autumn Jane and Dakotah Jean; his father, Albenie Gagnon of Rocky Hill, CT; brother, Norman Gagnon of Rocky Hill, CT; sister, Priscilla Masciovecchio and her husband Ralph of Maine; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. His funeral service will be held on Friday, November 20, 2009 at 10 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Thursday from 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home. The family would like to thank all the aides and nurses at Evergreen and the Hospice team from Home and Community that took care of John. You are all great, many blessings to all.
