When I started my career at State of Connecticut DMV as a 2nd shift Comp Operator in 1990, Jack was Supv. He was the best boss, friend, teacher. My husband and my daughter loved Jack, I could not have asked for a better boss. I am here in Germany 🇩🇪 reminiscing about that time in my life and decided to Google his name. My heart sank when I saw an Obituary. To Jack's family, to Rachel, to all his friends, we send our deepest condolences. We praying for God's comfort and strength to you all. We will never for Jack.

Jack was my first boss at DMV back in the summer of 1989... he taught me a lot about life and work, but never did convince me that Mopars and Chryslers where "the best" lol... a genuine "Good Guy"... he will be missed. Thanks for your service---till we meet again
