John "Jack" J. Stetson's Obituary
John “Jack” J. Stetson, 79, of Willington, CT, husband of the late Kimberly (LaLiberty) Stetson, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2016. He was born November 9, 1936 in Claremont, NH, to the late James and Ruth (Fairbanks) Stetson. He retired to Maine where he enjoyed a peaceful, quiet life. Returning to Connecticut to be with family, Jack is survived by his three children, Candice Tremont and her husband John, Jamie Stetson-Bacon and her husband Robert, and Scott Stetson and his partner Renee; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four siblings, Robert, Richard, Arnold, and June. The family would like to thank the staff from Hartford Healthcare at Home East Region, hospice, caregivers, and family for all their support. A calling hour will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 from 1-2 P.M. with a funeral service to take place at 2 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately in St. Mary Cemetery, Baltic, CT. Memorial donations may be made to Hartford Healthcare at Home East Region, 34 Ledgebrook Dr., Mansfield Center, CT 06250.
