John A. Serafin Jr.'s Obituary
John A. Serafin, Jr., age 82, of Tolland and Stafford Springs, CT, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2021, after a sudden hospitalization. He was surrounded by his immediate loved-ones, David J. Serafin (son) and Phyllis A. (Bacon) Serafin. His parents were the late John A. Serafin, Sr., and Catherine (Prinzivalli) Serafin, also of Stafford Springs, CT. John is remembered as a lover of nature, an outdoorsman, a handyman, a green thumb, and--several decades ago--a scientist who worked to save endangered species from extinction. He will be laid to rest alongside family at Stafford Springs Cemetery, Monson Rd., Stafford Springs, CT, during a graveside service on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 10:30 A.M.
