Joseph E. Beaudry, Sr., 84, of Stafford Springs, CT, husband of the late Helen (Mayo) Beaudry, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2010 at West View Health Care Center, Dayville, CT. He was born in Willimantic, CT, son of the late Joseph E. and Lillian (Montoney) Beaudry. Joe worked for many years at the former Stafford Printers before retiring from the Hartford Courant as a delivery driver. He is survived by his four children, Joseph E. Beaudry, Jr. and his wife Joanne of Vernon, CT, Wayne Beaudry and his wife Karen of Willimantic, CT, Lori Lee of Staffordville, CT, and Sandra Mayo of Manchester, CT; 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; his companion, Audrey Belanger of Woodstock, CT; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Angelica. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Monday from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
