Joseph Drozdal's Obituary
Joseph E. Drozdal, 57, of Willington, CT, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in Hartford, CT, son of Amelia (Bagdon) Drozdal of Wethersfield, CT, and the late Ernest Drozdal. Joe retired from the State of Connecticut, and was currently working as a chauffer for Mohegan Sun. He greatly enjoyed his trips to Saratoga, and going to watch the New England Patriots games. Joe is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Ingrid (Gorbants) Drozdal; two daughters, Kristen and Jaimie Drozdal, all of Willington, CT; two sisters, Mildred Ploszay and her husband Peter of Old Saybrook, CT, and Barbara Smith of New Britain, CT; several nieces and nephews; and many close friends. He was predeceased by a son, Eric Drozdal. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 from 5-8 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Funeral services with burial in Willington Hill Cemetery, Willington, CT, will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Caner Society, P.O.
