Joseph Hery's Obituary
Joseph E. Hery, 92, of Barrows Rd., Union, CT, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2007 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in Sturbridge, MA, son of the late Phillip and Mary (Wiecenski) Hery. Joseph was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and retired as a truck driver from the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post No. 9990 of Stafford. Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Phyllis M. Hery of Union, CT; a son, Ronald E. Hery of Danielson, CT; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Henry and Edward Hery; and a sister, Josephine Huling. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 16, 2007 at 10 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Union Center Cemetery, Union, CT.
