Joseph C. Nagel's Obituary
Joseph C. Nagel, 82, of Stafford Springs, CT, husband of the late Roberta (Tully) Nagel, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Kimberly Hall, Windsor, CT. He was born in Buffalo, NY son of the late Clyde and Loretta (McAndrew) Nagel.
A New Yorker at heart, Joe was an avid New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan. He also enjoyed race car events, crime shows, and spending time with his family; especially his grandchildren and grand-pets.
Joe is survived by his two daughters, Kristine Rozum and her husband Bruce, and Melissa Szych and her husband David; four grandchildren, Mitchel, Brooke, Cole, and Loretta; sister, Loretta; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Bryan Nagel; and sister, Mary Loretta.
A calling hour will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with a prayer service to take place at 12:00 PM, at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to PawSafe Animal Rescue, 110 Sandy Beach Rd., Ellington, CT 06029.
