Kari Hlobik's Obituary
Kari Hlobik, 47, of Baker Rd., Vernon, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at her home. She was born in New Milford, CT, daughter of Turid “Trudy” (Christianeen) Parsuchowski and the late Walter John Parsuchowski, Jr. Kari worked for Shure Pets as a pet consultant. She was a huge NASCAR fan, and immensely loved dogs. Kari had infinite love for her husband and her beloved dogs with an enormous heart to try to better our lives. One of her greatest joys in life was making new friends. She will be missed by all. Kari is survived by her beloved husband of 14 years, Robert F. Hlobik of Vernon, CT; her mother, Trudy of Waterbury, CT; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Elsie Hlobik of Willington, CT; five brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; her three dogs, George, Kylie, and Izzy; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many close friends. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 from 10-12 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 P.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held privately. Memorial donations may be made to the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, Inc., 103 Old Iron Ore Rd., Bloomfield, CT 06002.
