To the Smaha family, So very sorry to hear of Kay's passing. Kay was one of our family's babysitters after Liz passed the baton. We all have fond memories of your family. Kay,Growing up I remember how much fun we as kids had together.Even then I remember always watching out for my little sister.As we grew older you chose to separate yourself from family and friends.I know the pain and suffering you were going through most of your adult life took a toll on those decisions.I thank God for the last six months and all the phone calls we shared.The three hours I spent with you in the hospital gave me some closure.You always told me you were going to walk again.Well I guess you are walking around now in Heaven with no pain. So sad to read that Kay has passed. Lots of fun times together with Kay & Joe. It was a pleasure knowing her. United once again with Joe but too short a life in this world.
