My condolences to Kathleen's family. I'm very sorry for your loss and would've attended a service had I not just been told today of her passing. I worked with Kathleen for many years, mostly when something went awry with a water system I was operating. We shared many laughs and she was always a pleasure to work with. I will truly miss her.

Kathy! I don't know where to start !! I'm starting with I MISS YOU ! I know you are now in peace . It wasn't that long ago when you and I spend the day at the beach in Milford! It was June remember! I thought I was going to take you there this June !! One more time !! Us that got to know you were very lucky . Only few people knew your heart and I'm one of them , the lucky ones . I WILL MISS YOU ! I miss talking to you ! I miss walking with you ! I miss you !!
Kathleen you always carried a smile with you and had your own way of going about doing different things. Many of us that shared lunch time conversations with you will miss your stories and friendship. Rest in peace my friend.

To the Pacholski Family. My condolences during this difficult time. Kathleen was a good friend and co-worker over the years. Although she was a very private person when it came to personal matters she was very outgoing and we had many spirited conversations during our group walks and lunchtime. I am sure she is out flying a F-15. She has been and will be missed.

Dear Kathleen's family,
I'm so sorry for the loss of Kathleen. Sharing with you is a picture of Kathleen taken for my phone contact. She was a dear friend who was sweet, caring, and energetic. Her illness for the past 20 months had kept her from socializing and walking with her friends/walking group - Cindy, Phil, & Ted - and dining with her lunch mates- Cindy, Phil, Ted, Laschone, Pat, Ryan, Tracy, & David. Nevertheless, I often stopped by her desk to visit and chat with her. I regret that I didn't talk to her the last day she was in the office as she was rushing to an appointment. I cherish our friendship and is missing her dearly. Thank you, Mike, for letting me know that she had passed in peace with you by her side. May she Rest In Peace. May you find comfort among the friends and family.

Dear family of Kathleen- I am so sorry for your loss. Kathleen was a very sweet, private person, never bringing up her health issues with me, although we had a friendly relationship. I wish she knew how much her lunchmates and friends at DPH - Cindy, Phil, Laschone, David..how much Mira- and so many others cared about her and wanted to be there for her. it was very very troubling to see her withdraw as her illness became more obvious. A few years ago, Kathleen was full of spirit and desire to change the way the union operated, and she was not afraid to share her opinion- enlightening many of her fellow P4 members. She loved to talk about her cats and we shared this bond over the years. One afternoon we went to lunch at Brazil Grille with Theresa, Sandy, Lashone - and I believe Scott- she entertained us with her cat stories and spoke about her remodeling plans ( I hope she completed some of that!). I will miss seeing her around, just as I did when she took a leave of absence a year or so ago. Please know that I am keeping her in my prayers and know that she will find peace in the afterlife. May God bless her and all of you and may peace be in your hearts in this very sorrowful time.
