Larry D. "Butch" Courtright, Jr., 41, of Rockville, CT, went home to rest his tired body with his Lord on Friday, May 9, 2008 at Hartford Hospital, Hartford, CT. He was born in Rockville, CT, where he resided all his life, the son of Larry D. Courtright, Sr. and the late Donna (Chase) Collins. Larry's easy laugh and twinkling blue eyes will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a gentle soul. Larry is survived by his son, Zachery Courtright of Ellington, CT; his father, Larry D. Courtright, Sr. and his wife Ruby of Maine; step father, Frank Collins of Bloomfield, CT; sister, Lynette Fisher and her son James of Ellington, CT; brother, Travis Curtis and his wife Lynda and their son Maddox of Arizona; grandfathers, Wayne Chase and his wife Edna of North Carolina, and Edward Courtright of Maine; half brother and sister, Brian Courtright and Kimberly Collins and her husband Michael of Maine; his auntie Maureen Szarek and her husband Lenny, who took such wonderful care of him; uncles, Robert Chase and his wife Helen of Massachusetts, James Chase and his wife Brenda of Stafford Springs, CT, and David Chase and his wife Sheila of South Carolina; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. The family wishes to express heartfelt thanks and deep appreciation to the staff of Hartford Hospital and particularly to the attending physicians and nurses in the intensive care unit for their sensitivity and loving kindness to all present in Butch's final hours with us. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 2 P.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2 Maple St., Ellington, CT.
