I worked with Larry at 3M, I missed him as soon as he retired. He had decades of experience that he was willing to share at any time and helped me understand the production machines we worked on. He made countless suggestions to help improve operations and was always doing his part to make a quality product. As another employee said, I use what I learned from Larry every day. He also talked about his kids and grandkids, the latest flowers he was growing in his garden and even gave me some for my family's flower beds. I'm heartbroken that Larry didn't get to enjoy his retirement more and send my thoughts and prayers out to his family and friends.
