Leo Tonoli's Obituary
Leo P. Tonoli, 89, of Furnace Ave., Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2008 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Steve and Lucille (Candito) Tonoli. Leo retired as a newspaper carrier from the Springfield Daily News after over 40 years of employment. He also enjoyed working as a photographer, and part time as an electrician. Leo is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Dorothy (Hipsky) Tonoli of Stafford Springs, CT; his two daughters, Linda J. Tonoli of Monson, MA and Joyce M. Tonoli of Wales, MA; a grandson, Christian Robinson of Monson, MA; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son-in-law, Craig Robinson; a sister, Rita Pelizari; and a brother, Reno Tonoli. Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 13, 2008 from 6-8 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Funeral services with burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held privately.
