Leroy T. Foucher's Obituary
Leroy T. Foucher, 84, of Ellington, CT, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Omer and Gertrude (Faucett) Foucher. Leroy served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was discharged as a Sergeant, and worked as a technical advisor at Hamilton Standard for 40 years. He was a member of the Strazza, Tonoli-Emhoff Post No. 26 American Legion, lifetime member of the VFW, and member of the 169th infantry Veteran Corps. Leroy is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Cynthia (Valovich) Foucher; daughters, Elaine Waide and her husband Lester of Florida, Jane Critz and her husband Kurt of Enfield, CT, Nancy Repetto and her husband Arnold of Granby, CT, Marianne Daigle and her husband Bill of Windsor Locks, CT, and Kimberly Stade of Medford, NY; sons, Keith Farland of Manchester, CT; eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
