Lorraine T. Missett's Obituary
Lorraine T. (Remillard) Missett, 91, formerly of Springfield, MA, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at North Georgia Assisted Living. She was born in Springfield, daughter of the late Elzear and Clara (Boucher) Remillard. She spent her career working as an executive assistant for the City of Springfield Law Department. Lorraine is survived by her two daughters, Patricia A. Connors and her husband Brian, and Gail M. Butterfield; eight grandchildren, Cara Shannon Jalbert and her husband Gregory, Lorrin M. Zarlenga, Alessandra L. Introvigne and her husband Michael, Ryan P. Connors, Justin M. Connors and his wife Becky, Kate A. Deske and her husband Ryan, Zachary E. Connors, and Seth C. Connors; four great grandchildren, Michael J. Introvigne, Jr., Giuliana M. Introvigne, Lillian H. Connors, and Naomi J. Connors; and her sister, Cecile (Remillard) Benoit. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Walter H. Missett; and their infant daughter, Lori Anne Missett. Per her request, there will be no funeral services.
