Louis G. Trinque's Obituary
Louis G. Trinque, 85, of Union, CT, husband of the late Alice (Makowski) Trinque, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 8, 2016 at his home. He was born in Chepachat, RI, son of the late Louis O. and Gertrude (Potter) Trinque. Louis retired from Pratt and Whitney Aircraft as a tool and die maker, and was a member of the Golden Ages of Union and the Stafford Senior Center. He was always involved with antique Ford V-8 cars, and rebuilding shock absorbers and distributors for them. Louis is survived by his five children and their spouses, Linda and Timothy Merrill, Debra and Dale Mitchell, Gary and Pam Trinque, Brenda and David Lanata, and James and Launa Trinque; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; three brothers and their spouses, Donald and Joan Trinque, Robert and Jeannine Trinque, and Leonard “Joe” and Rosemary Trinque; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 from 2-4 P.M. with a memorial service to take place at 4 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately in Union Center Cemetery, Union, CT at a later time.
