Luc Picard, 55, of Vernon, CT, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. He was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Nicole (Pelletier) Picard and the late Jean Guy Picard. Luc was currently working at Stop & Shop in Read Obituary
I knew Luc in grade schools in Stafford, what a nice person. He loved when we talked about our nationality, being from Canada he was the only one not born in the US. You could tell he was proud of that. Taken to young.

My condolences to the Picard family.
Luc, my friend, they could write a book about our high school experiences. I'm glad we were able to reconnect this fall, share some laughs and talk about the old times. You couldn't stop talking about your grand kids, so proud. A shining star gone too soon. A fellow Bendecko brother gone too soon. Like we always say, "I'll catch you on the flip side". May you rest in peace Luc.
