I am so sorry of the passing of Luis! My Heart is broken for his Family, especially his 2 Wonderful Children whom he loved so much. He was so proud of the way they were growing into the people they had become and their work ethic which he was sharing by his own work ethic. He was the happiest with them around him and Helping him at J&D’s. He was loved by the Family of Employees he surrounded himself with At J&D’s and all the patrons. J&D’s continued after Jose and David moved on and Luis continued to nurture the Stafford Community with Food, Drink and Many New Friendships with people of all walks of life that probably would have never met or would have never become FRIENDS! He made many good memories amongst us whether it be just a regular day or a celebration of something that happened in our Lives. He continued Stafford’s Own version of Cheers.
I myself as well as many I have talked to are truly heartbroken. Thank you and Rest In Peace Luis. Please know you touched us all. Your HARD Work was most appreciated by us all. Until we meet again!
