M. Raymonde Descheneau's Obituary
M. Raymonde Angelina Descheneau, 82, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Canada, daughter of the late Raymond and Philomene (Miller) Haerinck. Raymonde had worked at the Big Y Supermarket in Stafford for several years. Her favorite hobby and enjoyment was doing word puzzle books. She also enjoyed camping, and above all, spending time with her family was most important to her. Raymonde is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Andre Descheneau; three children, Tammy Deering, Pamela Palin, and Andre Descheneau, Jr.; six grandchildren, Benjamin, Joshua, Joey, Mikayla, Ethan, and Tyler; great grandson, Logan; three brothers, Gaston, Victor, and Richard Haerinck; several nieces and nephews; and her dogs, Humphrey and Bruno, who she loved so much. Funeral services and burial will be held privately. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
