Marc Henri's Obituary
Marc A. Henri, 56, of Gainesville, FL, unexpectedly entered into rest on January 24, 2009. He was born in Sanford, Maine on December 28, 1952, son of Joseph Henri and Jeanne Twyman. Marc attended Rockville High School and was a graduate of Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY. He was employed by North Florida Regional Hospital as the Food Service Manager and fulfilled his desire of cooking by hosting many of the hospitals special events, in addition to offering cooking classes. Marc had a passion for life; his interests not only were cooking, but also wood carving, gardening, running marathons, motorcycles and ramblers. He is survived by his four daughters, Melissa Simons and her husband Billy, Melanie Beebe and her husband Will, Michelle Crossland and her husband John, and Nichole Thompson; 10 grandchildren; father, Joseph Henri and his wife Laurie; mother, Jeanne Bouthillier and her husband Roger; brother, David Henri and his wife Barbara; three sisters, Diane Garabedian and her husband Richard, Patrice Talamini and her husband Alan, and Donna Bouthillier. Marc also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and close friends. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 10 A.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
