Marcia Phelps' Obituary
Marcia A. Phelps, 65, of Shenipsit Lake Rd., Tolland, CT, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2010 at Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT, from a rare lymphoma illness. She was born in Norwich, CT, daughter of the late John and Mary (Szypulewski) Andrelski. Marcia was the owner, along with her husband, of Phelps and Sons in Vernon, CT. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Robert W. Phelps of Tolland, CT; her son, Brian Phelps and his wife Cathy of Marlborough, CT; three grandchildren, Alexandria, Austin, and Keira; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Robert J. Phelps. Her funeral will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2010, with a procession forming by 9 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held privately. Calling hours are on Friday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
