Margaret A.D. Maynard's Obituary
Margaret A.D. Maynard, 72, of Stafford Springs, CT passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital. She was born in Stafford, daughter of the late Roland and Margaret (Ward) Delluomo. Marge worked as a paraprofessional for the Stafford Public Schools and at Retina Consultants, along with being a hairdresser for many years. She was a member of St. Edward Church and the Italian Benefit Society Ladies Auxiliary. She was a great baker and painter, and was proud to be a Disney annual pass holder. Marge is survived by her three children, Michael McGourty and his wife Dana, Megan Martin and Heather Martin; four grandchildren, Owen, Logan, Carter and Mason; her four siblings, Mary Weingartner and her husband Bill, Roland “Eddie” Delluomo and his wife Mary, Paula Gibbons, and Lisa Deary and her husband Richard “Dickie”, many nieces, nephews and cousins; and her lifelong friends, the YaYa’s. She was predeceased by her husband, Gerard Maynard; and her brother-in-law, Bill Gibbons. A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Edward Church, 55 High St., Stafford Springs, CT.
