Mary J. Clark's Obituary
Mary J. Clark, 70, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT. She was born in Hartford, CT, daughter of the late Leonard and Edith (Larson) Barnaby. Mary retired from the State of Connecticut having worked as an attendant at various group homes. She enjoyed knitting, quilting, sewing, gardening, casino trips, a good glass of wine, cooking and hosting parties, and being with friends. She was also a member of the American Legion Post No. 26 Ladies Auxiliary. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Frank Clark; sons, Christopher Clark and his wife Ellen, and Craig Clark; grandchildren, Bryce, Chloe, and Colton; seven siblings; Linda, Rose, Janet, Donna, Joseph, Leonard, and Leo; and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the American Legion Post No. 26, P.O. Box 196, Stafford Springs, CT 06076.
