Dear Bill and Family

Please accept my deepest sympathy at the loss of your dear Mary. I remember with great affection the years that we worked together at the Windsor Town Hall. Mary's smile and amazing talent and determination on many projects and particularly the Total Quality Management Program led Windsor to be the only government in CT to win the Connecticut Award for Excellence-the equivalent of the national Malcome Baldridge Award.

She will always be remembered by all who were touched by her kindness and love. It is with a heavy heart that I say our warmest thoughts are with you.

Dear Bill and family,

I was fortunate to call Mary both a colleague and a friend. We worked (and laughed) together for many years at CREC. Mary was an important contributor to all of the good work done by CREC. I have such fond memories of Mary. I still treasure the "good-bye" photo of Mary (and the two stooges Jackie and Mark) when I left CREC.

I'm sorry that I won't be able to attend this weekend as I am currently out of the country.

My sincere condolences to Bill and the entire family on Mary's passing. I was a CREC colleague for many years and appreciated her many efforts to assist our programs with PR material and planning. Mary was an important part of the CREC team during her years there. I'm sad to hear of her passing, but know that the literacy rate in heaven just jumped way up!
