Mary L. Julian's Obituary
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of a dear mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Mary L. Julian. Mary died on February 2, 2018 after a brief illness. She was born on March 25, 1952, daughter of the late Edward and Arlene (Parker) Julian. She attended local schools and lived in Stafford, CT most of her life. Her greatest joys were her son, Nathan, and her three grandchildren, Tristan, Natalie, and Abi. Her pride and love for each of them was immeasurable. Mary gladly and selflessly gave her time and effort to helping others. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for you if she could. She was a voracious reader, a very creative cook, and had a love of singing, especially county music. Her worldly possessions may have been few, but she had an abundance of generosity and good humor. Friends can attest to her kind heart and a spunky fun-loving manner. Mary was predeceased by her brothers, Edward and Robert. She leaves her sister Judith and brother-in-law Robert Sullivan of Tolland, CT, and several nieces and nephews. As we say goodbye to Mary, she leaves us, her family and friends, with a lifetime of memories of a generous, eager to please, loving person. We are greatly saddened to lose her so soon and will carry her memory forever in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Stafford Youth Football, P.O. Box 1165, Stafford Springs, CT 06076, or to the Stafford Public Library, 10 Levinthal Run, Stafford Springs, CT 06076. Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, has care of the arrangements. For online condolences, please visit: www.introvignefuneralhome.com
