Mary F. Totten's Obituary
Mary F. (Graham) Totten, 67, of East Hartford, CT, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at St. Francis Hospital. She was born in Hartford, CT, daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Norris) Graham. Mary had retired after many years as a customer service representative. She is survived by her beloved husband and best friend of 24 years, Ronald R. Totten, Jr.; four children, Rachel Lopez-Cupe and her husband, David Lopez and his wife Brenda, Cecelia McKeever and her wife Katey, and Aaron Totten and his wife Amanda; ten grandchildren, Stephen, Nichole, Jakai, Alexander, Jayden, Zaire, Lillianna, Muzic, Reign and Jaylen; five great grandchildren, Carlos, Dalila, Jazaly, Stella and Natalia; two siblings, Michael Graham and Patricia Graham; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Stacie Littlefield; and two brothers, Robert “Bobby” Graham, and William “Billy” Graham. Mary was a once-in-a-lifetime person who always saw the good in everyone and tried to instill those values in everyone she met. She was an avid sports fan of the Red Sox, Celtics and New York Rangers. She was also the strongest supporter of her family’s scholastic, sports, and artistic endeavors and strived to attend as many games and events as humanly possible. She only saw the person and never their race, color, creed, orientation or socioeconomic status and she did her best to instill those values in her family. The family asks that in lieu of flowers or memorial gifts that a donation be made in Mary’s name to either the American Cancer Society or Human Rights Campaign (hrc.org).
