Michael J. Lough's Obituary
Michael Lough, 43, of Willington, CT passed away unexpectedly on June 7th, 2023 at St. Francis hospital surrounded by loved ones. Michael was born March 19th, 1980 at Providence hospital in RI. At 3 he moved to Willington, CT, where he lived the rest of his life. He worked for Teleflex for 10 years and D. P. Dough since he was 17 until time of his passing. Over the past two years Mike was the rock his parents depended upon with his father’s cancer diagnosis, doing everything they needed without complaint and without asking. He enjoyed anime, working on his car and collecting rare items and enjoyed a great conspiracy theory. He loved to make jokes and be the light of the room. Making friends came very easily to him. He always lived life to the fullest. He is survived by his son, Gene Dove of Willington; his parents, Thomas, Sr. and Joyce Lough of Willington; brothers, Jeffrey Lough and his wife Lisa of East Hartford and Thomas Lough, Jr. and his wife Caitlin of Stafford Springs; his niece and nephews, Killian, Scarlett and Breccan. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a funeral service beginning at 7:00 PM at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
