Milo W. Bradway's Obituary
Milo W. Bradway, 96, of Stafford Springs, CT, husband of the late Shirley (Young) Bradway, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2022. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Milo E. and Lottie (Cooley) Bradway. Milo had worked as an insurance field agent for Patrons Mutual Insurance Company. He was very involved with the Connecticut and Stafford Grange. At the State level, he had held several offices and was a former Deputy. He was also a past Master for the Stafford Grange. His favorite hobby was candle pin bowling. He held the alley record of 468 in Monson, MA until they closed. Milo was secretary and treasurer for his bowling league for over 30 years. He was also an avid gardener, card player, enjoyed fishing, and was a former member of the Stafford Planning and Zoning committee. Milo is survived by his two children, Wayne Bradway and his companion Gail Reisner, and Deborah Barth and her husband Richard; grandson, Jameson Barth; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by five sisters, Edna Ruthaford, Marion Barstow, Verna Royce, Mabel Bradway, and Laura Lentocha; and four brothers, Earl, Elwin, Calvin, and Howard Bradway. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial in Staffordville Cemetery, Stafford, CT, will take place privately. Calling hours are on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 5-7 P.M. at the funeral home.
