Nancy E. (Frassinelli) Bilyak, 82, of Westerly, RI, wife of the late Richard E. Bilyak, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Westerly Hospital from pancreatic cancer. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, May 1, 1940, daughte Read Obituary
We miss Nancy so much. We have such happy memories of her sense of humor, wit, and willingness to always have us come down to Westerly to play in the ocean when we were able to visit. Thank you, Nancy. May you be peaceful and filled with love forever more.

Nancy was my husband's cousin. She took time to come and visit when Joe was sick. She was a kind and loving person. Her unique sense of humor was always a delight. I have many memories of fun visits. She always made me feel welcome to the family. She will be missed. She was so proud of you Diane, even though she may not have always been vocal about it. We talked as often as we could and I was impressed with her grace and dignity about her illness .She loved you and Chrissy with all her heart. My heart is truly saddened and I know I will miss her.
I am so sorry for your loss. Worked with Nancy for years my brother went to school with her and my kids went to school with Dianne. She certainly will be missed by many.

I knew Nancy for over 41 years. She was such a wonferful friend to me and my life was truly blessed knowing her. She was such a strong family oriented person and advocate for parents who have individuals with disabilites. I will miss her, her advice and her sense of humor. She loved her family and friends so much.💔♥️
