Nancy J. Emhoff's Obituary
Nancy J. Emhoff, 72, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Johnson Memorial Hospital. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of the late Hugo and Genevieve (Theberge) Fontanella. Nancy worked as a secretary at local doctors offices and for the Town of Stafford. She loved bowling, the casino, and going to the beach in Misquamicut. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, James P. Emhoff, Sr.; three children, James P. Emhoff, Jr. and his wife Nicholle, Lisa M. Szestowicki and her husband Steven, and Michael J. Emhoff and Ann Marie; nine grandchildren, Elizabeth and her husband Tyler, Lauren, John, Owen, Meah, Derick, Carolyn, Gracie, and Johnny; great grandson, Ashton, three siblings, Joan Lavoie and her husband Steven, Doreen Barton and her husband Edward, and Dennis Fontanella; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Barbara Morin, Henry Emhoff and his wife Janice, John Mihaliak, and Eleanor Emhoff; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Fontanella. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 6-8 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
