The family would like to thank all the wonderful caregivers who helped through the past year, those at St. Francis and Johnson Memorial Hospital, and at Evergreen Health Care Center. Nancy is survived by her three children, Susan Phillips, Debra Phillips, and David Phillips; and four grandchildren, Benjamin Phillips-Harrison, and his father, Fred Harrison, Christopher Brouillette, and Zachary and James Phillips.
